Innovation Park Mercer County, New Jersey

The building showcased is one of two on the 86-acre site that will be a new business park campus. The 406,000 and 167,000 square foot buildings were designed for high-tech & pharma tenants. The contemporary design features internal space configured for advanced technological users, outdoor walking paths and public spaces. The project scope consisted of the construction of exterior metal framed soffits, the modern steel canopy and any interior demising walls.
